Jen has over 15 years of industry experience in drug discovery research. Her areas of expertise include primary immune cell assay systems, receptor pharmacology and various biochemical assay platforms. Prior to joining Quench, Jen was a Principal Scientist in the Inflammation and Immunology Research Unit at Pfizer where she contributed to discovery efforts for a wide range of targets, including GPCRs, transcription factors and kinases, and has been part of multiple project teams which advanced lead molecules to clinical stage. Jen began her career in the biotech industry working for several biotech companies including Cubist, LeukoSite and Millennium where she gained deep knowledge in assay development and high throughput assay optimization. Jen earned a BS in Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. When not in the lab, she enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
